Creating itineraries

It all begins with an idea on how to combine destinations into a great tour. We list sights, towns, scenic routes and transportation options from/to the major airports and we get an idea about the length the tour should have. And when we travel the tour using our imagination there is a simple test to ensure that only truly great tours make it into our tour program: if we don´t feel the strong desire to book this tour for ourselves, we will not add it onto our “add tour list”. And we will start all over again…



Finding the right partners

We have partners we work with in each of the destinations which are part of our itineraries. Partners are hotels, local guides, sightseeing providers and transportation suppliers. We do not just buy. We tell them that they are part of a great tour for guests visiting us from far away. We love to work with partners which are as enthusiastic about their hotel for example, as we are about our tours. We started with our first tours in 2001 and we have reliable committed partners since then!



Make it affordable for as many as possible

When a tour made it onto our “add tour list” we have the destinations, we thought about the local providers, we have an idea about the length of the tour and we know what the experience for a traveler along this tour should be.



You´re part of our team

We hate to waste time and (your) money on things you do not need from us. Instead we focus on things we can provide and which are helpful to you. You´re your own tour director. This is why we send all the information to you in advance by Email, tour information, accommodation and tour vouchers, walking directions, etc. for you to print and to review. We will ask you to address questions you may have in advance so we can get all the information to you before you get here. This way we make sure you have received all
