did I get you right, that you are going to keep money for a concert and meet & greet that never happened - in this case due to Covid-19?
And this is just bad luck for me and you are not responsible but ready to enrich yourself? Seriously?

I will concern local customer protection and publish your impertinent answer on every appropriate place I find on the web.
Be sure that I am not longer your customer an I will warn every person I know (or who is interested) about your business practice.

now nearby 7 months later I feel free to ask for my voucher/refund.
We payed 129 € in May 20 and the concert was cancelled due to Covid-19.

unfortunately there is still no reaction on your side relying my refund (concert + meet and greet Haley Reinhard).
I feel disappointed and also kind of mistreated since the concert was postponed in May 2020!

Thank you for your email,

Germany has passed a law allowing event organisers to issue vouchers instead of refunds if their event has been cancelled or postponed due to Covid-19.

The promoter Culture Collective has decided to make use of this and not issuing refunds for his events.

Instead guests will receive a credit voucher to use on future Culture Collective events.

Since the promoter has no shows on sale at the moment we have not yet issued the vouchers.

They will be sent out in a few weeks times once new events are on sale.

I sincerely apologise for any disappointment this has caused.
